Cooperations
For developing and providing the best possible solutions to our customers, we are cooperating with the following partners:
4DIAC - Open Source for Distributed Industrial Automation
The 4DIAC project is an IEC 61499 compliant open-source framework for distributed automation and control systems.
VOIGT+WIPP Engineers GmbH benefits from the flexibility of the 4DIAC IDE and the possibility of implementing complex algorithms for process optimization for plants in need of highest availability.
ABB Switzerland
For developing high-end solutions by model predictive control for waste to energy plants, we have a cooperation with ABB in Baden (CH). Currently, plants around Zurich are being equipped with the new system to provide a showcase to our customers.
Our control system is based on a dynamic model of grid combustion plants for predicting changes of the live steam quantity in dependence of variations of
- primary air
- grate movement
- combustible input
- secondary air and
- recirculating gas quantity.
Our system helps in reaching an operation mode poor in oscillations, leading to less emissions and an increased waste throughput. Of course, you will also benefit from an increased thermal power and thus better rentability.
Austrian Energy Agency
We use our competence and expertize in control engineering, process engineering and mechanical engineering to make various industrial processes and plant types more energy efficient. Thus, we have become partner in technology of klima:aktiv, a program for climate protection of the Austrian Ministry for Life.
Bachmann Electronic
Complex automation and control engineering solutions are very demanding on the hardware side. With Bachmann Electronice, we found the ideal partner for deliverig our solutions in the desired quality. Their focus on international standards allows various usage scenarios.
With Bachmann Electronic, we work on renewable energies.
